#1.     Meditation – Increase your brain strength

Yes, the word you have heard a thousand times and planned to start multiple times can actually help you to stay positive.
The problem I feel we all face is either the lack of knowledge or over information about meditation. Just everyone is talking about meditation and giving their own process of doing the same.
We won’t be doing that for sure. 😇
We would recommend thinking of meditation as your “me time”. Just relax and spend some quality time with yourself. Meditation means “dhyan” in hindi which means “being aware”.
Be aware of your thoughts, your actions and relax.

 #2.     Switch off your comparison meter (you will find same fitted somewhere in your mind )

The biggest reason for our hurt, pain and negative thoughts is comparison.
From a simple earphone to your spouse, we have included just everything in our comparison list. We are so busy comparing our life, situation and materialistic possessions with people around us.
We have to realize that every human on this earth has their own journey of life. Upbringing, education, parenting, just everything has been completely different for each one of us.
No logical mind will disagree on this fact that if the paths are different then the experience of walking on each path will also be different, even if all the paths are leading towards the same destination.
If you wish to stay positive in your life, then we should stop this constant comparison.
Stop fooling yourself by thinking “how would I grow if I don’t compare myself with others”. If you want to grow and achieve something, simply make your own descriptive goals and give your best to achieve them.
The constant comparison will only bring misery in our life.

#3.     Eat Well – Have a balanced diet.

Have you ever wondered why we feel so happy and excited even when we hear about “Ice cream”, “chocolates”? We have always associated such high-calorie foods with happiness, fun.
There are now multiple research to prove that our mood has a direct relationship with what we eat.

Your brain works for you 24/7 and it needs the right amount of energy to carry out all the functions. Having a balanced diet is the need of the hour to have a positive frame of mind.

#4.     Exercise – Exercise is your brain food.

Exercising has a profound impact on thinking. You must have experienced a sense of achievement when you go for a morning jog.
Any kind of aerobic exercise raises our heartbeat which results in increased blood flow to our brain. The increased breathing pumps more oxygen in the bloodstream, this means more oxygen delivered to the brain. The increased oxygen in brain results in the production of neurons in part of the brain which controls memory and thinking.
Exercise not only makes our body fit but it also increases our mental strength.
The mental strength helps us in using the knowledge stored in our brain in the tough times.
We all know how to behave, how to react in any particular situation. But we don’t have enough energy to understand and use our brain in such low times.
Exercise regularly, and take control of your brain to fight all odds and stay positive. All the best J

#5.     Smile Please

Last but not least is a smile 😊

Every time we smile we send a feel-good signal to our brain. Have you observed that smile is the only emotion that works both ways with the brain?
Whenever we are happy about something we don’t realize that there is a smile on our face. Even a small happy thought is sometimes enough to bring a smile on our face.
The same way, even if you are not happy about something, try to bring a smile on your face (even a fake smile would work) and you would certainly feel a sense of relaxation in your mind. This is the power of a smile.
So listen to good music, watch a comedy show, movies, and talk to your old buddies, talk to any kid in your surroundings.  These simple priceless actions are enough to bring a smile on your face and change your thought process.
Being happy and smiling gives us the strength to sail through all the high tides of our life. Smile and keep moving forward.
